DAY 1: (9th Nov): Singapore - Xi’an (Dinner on board)

Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Xi’an. Upon arrival, met by our local guide and transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: (10th Nov): Xi’an – Lintong – Xi’an

  • Today’s highlight will be the Eighth Wonder of the world, the Terra Cotta Warriors, located at Emperor Qin's Terra Cotta Museum. This museum is the biggest onsite museum in China and is a treasure house where we can learn the history, culture and the evolution of human civilization.
  • Hancheng Lake Park (tram inclusive), it houses many heritage sites dating from as far back as the Han Dynasty (202 B.C. - 220A.C.) and architecture built in Han style. Boat ride to enjoy the scenic from both banks. Dafengge Museum to watch arc screen movie, try on Han Clothing, learn Han Etiquette, understand the culture of the Han Dynasty
  • Take a leisure stroll at the Square of Bell & Drum Tower. Next stop will be Hui Ethnic Cultural Street where you can taste local snacks at own expense.

DAY 3: (11 Nov): Xi’an – Zhen’an (abt 2.5 hours)

  • Xi'an Ancient City Wall, the largest ancient castle site in the world, which is more than 600 years old
  • Ta Yun Mountain (tram inclusive), known asThe first fairyland in the Qinling Mountains”; the shape of the Mountain scenic spot is like a pagoda rising into the sky. The Jinding Guanyin Temple, built on the top of the Tayun Mountain, faces abysses on three sides, and the display of superb architectural skills is amazing. Walk through the 100-meter glass suspension bridge to experience a different thrilling experience.  
  • Experience Mindfulness Meditation after dinner

DAY 4: (12 Nov): Zhen’an – Xi’an

  • Jintai Mountain, inside the hill hides a temple of Esoteric Buddhism dating from Tang Dynasty - the old Xinglong Temple. Close view Buddha Tooth Sariko.
  • Mushroom picking (allows taking away not more than 500g per person)

DAY 5: (13 Nov): Xi’an – Hukou – Yan’an (abt 5 + 2.5 hours)

  • Hukou Waterfall, the second largest waterfall in China. The tremendous water from the mighty Yellow River splashes on the rock, forming a magnificent waterfall of 15 meters high and 20 meters wide. The water looks as if it is pouring down from a huge teapot, hence the name Hukou (meaning, the mouth of the teapot). 
  • Next highlight will be the Cave Dwelling houses of Shaanbei.

DAY 6: (14th Nov): Yan’an – Jingbian (abt 2 hours)

  • Zaoyuan Village, revolutionary site of Yan'an
  • Jingbian Valley of Waves; it is comparable to the landscape in the State of Arizona in the Unites States of America. Formed over 60 million years ago, its natural wonder is a magnificent sight to behold.

DAY 7: (15th Nov): Jingbian – Xi’an (abt 4 + 3 hours)

  • Head to Xi’an, check in hotel if time permits. Enjoy farewell dinner at Xi’an famous restaurant Liangbaolou.

DAY 8: (16th Nov): Xi’an - Singapore

  • Small Wild Goose Pagoda, it’s a world heritage site, has a history of 1300 years till today.
  •  Xi’an Museum, not only models of ancient cities, pottery figurines, gilding bronze bell, gold-back mirror, Buddha statues, paintings and calligraphies, jade articles, ancient signets...  are displayed but also high-tech interaction show is on to help visitors intuitively learn about the ancient city of Chang'an (Xi'an) in Tang Dynasty.
  • Dayan Pagodaview from farseats in the Da Ci En Temple. As the symbol of the old-line Xian, Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. Thereafter, we depart for the airport for our flight home. We hope you have enjoyed the trip with CTC Travel!
