DAY 1: SINGAPORE ✈ MELBOURNE/SYDNEY - LAUNCESTON

  • Assemble at Changi International Airport and begin your vacation with a pleasant flight to Tasmania, the 'Curious City at Edge of the World'.

DAY 2: LAUNCESTON

  • Cataract Gorge - Also known as 'The Gorge" as the locals call it is a unique natural formation - a rare natural phenomenon in the city.
  • Tasmania Gourmet Sauce Company - Tasmania provides a wonderful variety of quality fruits, vegetables and fresh produce, the products are all natural with no added colours, artificial flavours and have won multiple awards for the best quality sauces in Tasmania. Do some tasting of the best sauce in Australia!

DAY 3: LAUNCESTON - BEAUTY POINT - TAMAR VALLEY

  • Sea Horse World - Crowds gather all around the world to admire seahorses in these famous aquariums. You can get closer to these mysterious creatures at our completely unique facility here.
  • Platypus House - Offers the opportunity to view live platypuses and echidnas. Marvel at these unique animals in daylight conditions in an indoor setting. Tasmanian platypuses and echidnas are unique and cannot be seen anywhere else in the world. You are guaranteed to view them here.
  • Bridestowe Lavender Estate - Bridestowe's famous for lavender oil and dried flower, used for making luxurious hand creams and soaps. The Woodcraft Cafe offers a delicious range of lavender inspired and infused delicacies. Visitors are encouraged to try the lavender ice-cream and lavender brownies. It is also homed to the famous Bobbie the Lavender Heat Pack Bear.
  • Grindelwald Swiss Village - The Swiss-style village of Grindelwald. The village offers a unique experiences in Swiss style, with wide eaves, flowerboxes, window shutters and balconies. The settlement is fringed with glassy lakes and views of the Tamar Valley.

DAY 4: TAMAR VALLEY - CRADLE MOUNTAIN

  • Ashgrove Cheese - Produces a range of quality cheese, milk, butter and cream using farm fresh milk. Nothing added, producers of premium award winning cheeses.
  • Melita Honey - A piece of a fairytale created by a lovely family in a small village in Tasmania. The honey shop looks amazing, cosy and beautifully decorated, offering a wide range of honey, artisan nougat, skin care products, beeswax candles, and even a bee-keeping museum!
  • Sheffield Town - proudly proclaims itself as the Mural Capital of Australia. The first mural was unveiled in 1986. Since then, over sixty murals depicting the area's rich history and beautiful scenery have been painted on walls scattered throughout the district.
  • Cradle Mountain - Part of the Tasmanian world heritage wilderness, provides a rich habitat for wildlife, including Tasmanian devils, quolls, platypus, echidna and several bird species, Australia and the world's best wilderness and nature spot.
  • Dove Lake - One of Tasmania's most popular natural destinations, Dove Lake greets visitors from around the world. This small glacial lake in the Cradle Mountain is one of the easiest destination to reach and is the starting point for many outback adventures.

DAY 5: CRADLE MOUNTAIN - BICHENO/SWANSEA

  • Trowunna Wildlife Park - A family wildlife park where you can see more than 35 species of native Tasmanian birds and mammals. You can get up close and hand-feed these free-ranging kangaroos and wallabies.
  • Bicheno - A family seaside holiday town, excellent to get up close to wildlife. Located north of the Freycinet Peninsula, Bicheno sits on Tasmania's beautiful East Coast home to the popular blue penguins.
  • Twilight Penguin Tour - The nightly evening tour offers a rare and thrilling chance to visit a private rookery. where you can watch the little penguins emerge from the ocean and head for their homes.

DAY 6: BICHENO/SWANSEA - HOBART

  • Salamanca Place - Once the stomping ground for sailors, whalers and workmen, Salamanca Place is now home to a vibrant cultural scene. Pop into warehouse art galleries, theatres, cafes and bars, and pick up boutique jewellery and one-off fashion pieces. Here Hobart's cultural life meets its rich history.
  • Barilla Bay Oyster Farm - The first oyster farming was chosen for its water quality. Tour around the farm to have an informative overview of oyster farming, processing and grading, a live oyster display and interaction, see the oyster lease, tasting and viewing of the processes of the freshly shucked oysters.
  • TAS Live Abalone - Learn how abalones are harvested, understand the wild abalone industry, which offers you opportunities to touch live wild abalones, take photos, have a taste of abalone and a chance to purchase different types of abalone at factory direct wholesale prices!!
