DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO SYDNEY

Upon arrival to airport transfer to hotel, Today, set on for a half day city tour to some of the most beautiful places in Sydney. This tour will cover Historic Rocks walking tour “Sydney's birthplace”, Sydney Opera House, Hyde Park, St. Mary’s Cathedral, Parliament House, Art Gallery of NSW, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Town Hall, Sydney Tower and Darling Harbour. Visit Mrs Macquarie's Chair - superb views of the harbour and city skyline, The Royal Australian Naval Base – Garden Island Kings Cross - Sydney’s ‘hot spot’ Affluent Double Bay and Vaucluse Famous Bondi Beach. Historic, trendy Paddington Bustling Chinatown & much much more!

DAY 2: SYDNEY - HUNTER VALLEY BY TRAIN (B)

This morning, embark on a journey to the World acclaimed Australian wines and award winning regional foods from the vineyards of the rolling hills and valleys of the Hunter region, delight both the palate and the eye in this green and fertile land dotted with villages and over fifty wineries. The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest and most renowned commercial wine producing district, famous wine styles include Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and earthy Pinot Noirs.Own arrangement to Sydney Central Railway Station for departing to Hunter Valley. The Hunter Valley is just a 3 hours journey from Sydney Central Station, during which you’ll experience seven stops. The modern express trains are very comfortable and feature an on board cafe and toilets. Large windows offer views of Hawkesbury River Scenery, Central Coast Region Scenery and also Hunter Valley Scenery throughout your journey.

Once arrive to Hunter Valley Resort, you are invite to join in Hunter Wine Theatre Experience. You will be experience and understand the Hunter’s wine heritage, Australia’s oldest wine area, how grapevines are maintained, see the annual grape harvest, the grape crusher in action and the actual wine making process with a short 15 minute visual presentation and a 15 minute wine tutorial with the Cellar master.

 

After that join an Hop on Hop off Bus (Optional) Or take a stroll through the enchanting 24 hectare (60 acre) Hunter Valley Gardens. Ten themed gardens, including the Rose Garden and Storybook Garden, showcase a diverse variety of botanic beauty.

 

Today you will be accommodated at Hunter Valley Resort.

 

Remarks: Hop on Hop off Bus operates from 10am – 5pm Thursday to Sunday only

DAY 3: HUNTER VALLEY (B)

After Breakfast, Hunter Valley Resort offers the total “Wine Education Experience”. Not to be missed is the daily comprehensive vineyard tour to experience how wine is actually made… right from the grapevine to bottle! The two-hour Hunter Valley Wine School promises an education of wine. Walk through the vineyard and learn how and why a grapevine grows. Then it is a comprehensive winemaking tutorial with our Cellarmaster. The structured wine tutorial will covers where and how is wine made, history, what are the grape varieties and how are they different. Finally you will be receive a personalised Wine Appreciation Certificate to take home with you plus lots more knowledge about Hunter Wines.

If time permit you may do onsite optional activities eg. Segway, horse riding, bike riding.

You will be transfer to Singleton Station and back to Sydney. After arrive to Sydney Central Railway Station, own arrangement back to hotel.

DAY 4: BLUE MOUNTAINS FULL DAY TOUR (B)

This morning, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Blue Mountains. Inhale crisp, clean, fresh mountain air and gaze at the distant blue horizons overlooking deep ravines with rainforest carpeting the valley floor. Waterfalls, sleepy hamlets and the rich warm smell of the Australian bush make this a very special place for every visitor. Enjoy an afternoon at Featherdale Wildlife Park – one of Australia’s largest private collections of native animals and birdlife.  (Scenic World Rides, Parramatta River Cruise & lunch option are available!)

 

DAY 5: SYDNEY TO SINGAPORE

Free at leisure until departing for the airport for your flight home.
