Charismatic CEO Chen Bin

Our CEO, Mr. Chen Bin, a veteran in the travel industry, is our company’s brand innovator. He aligns the entire management team towards our brand ideology and inculcates them to all the employees and partners. He strategizes brand activities to consistently deliver quality products and services to achieve a trusted brand. 

CEO Chen Bin personally accompanies our customers on overseas trips yearly. He then interacts and engages with them to understand their travel needs and expectations. After his trip, he shares his findings and spearheads the launch of new products and destinations.

Amicable Anson

Our soft spoken yet caring tour manager, Anson often receives awesome feedback from our customers, complimenting his positive attitude, reliable service and willingness to go an extra mile. His unceasing initiatives to serve and deliver the best holiday experience for his customers make them feel warm and welcome. He frequently helps them by carrying their luggages, recommending good local food and bringing them around different places to get authentic souvenirs. To add icing on the cake, Anson possess superb photography skills that customers often sing praises about. With his friendly and caring attitude, the customers gradually become his friends and our friends too.

Dashing Don

Don, a tour manager at CTC Travel, exhibits strong passion in his job and knowledge of multiple countries when he tour leads. This is manifested in the numerous compliments that he has received, where customers often praise him for being meticulous, helpful and humorous. He goes above and beyond to keep customers entertained during long bus journeys and also put in effort to take beautiful photos for customers’ keepsakes. In addition, he brings over cup noodles and chili sauces in the event that customers find local foods not to their liking. 

Jovial Jimmy

Jimmy is our Europe specialist planner. He focuses on researching less-explored places of interest in Europe and plans itineraries and programs for tours. Every year, he leads a series of escorted or special tours to Europe. Known for his joviality, easy-going character and likes of a friendly giant, he exudes approachable and cordial vibes to our customers. Having toured multiple countries in Europe, he displays confidence during his tour leading and shares in-depth knowledge and understanding of the countries.

Sincere Sumitha

Customer service goes beyond tour leading, from serving customers to answering their queries. In this aspect, Sumitha, our cruise counter manager has shown competence in responding to her customers from their perspectives. With a cordial personality, she is a natural when it comes to communicating information and dealing with special requests.
