Dear CTC,

I have recently attended your tour to South Korea, and I am writing to thank you for your services. In particular, I would like to highlight to your management the wonderful service provided by the tour leader, Kelvin Tan. He had been diligent with the organisation of the tour, and very attentive to our group, especially when I had gotten sick towards the end of the trip. I am amazed at his earnest effort to ensure that I was comfortable and feeling better. Do take note of his excellence, and I look forward to joining CTC on future tours.

We have recently returned from our 17 days package tour to Canada & Alaska Cruise. Our tour was from 21 April to 7 May and our tour leader was Eugene. 

Prior to the departure, he was fast and efficient in responding to our queries and had shared many useful tips, and provided useful information for us to better prepare for the trip. Even during the trip, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, sharing useful information and often went beyond the extra mile.

We were impressed by his professionalism and would like to thank Eugene for his help.
