On behalf of my family, I wish to acknowledge Bing Chong's unwavering commitment and effort in leading our group on this tour. 
Notwithstanding that its a big group to manage with varied expectations, Bing has managed it well. In particular, watching the video Hitler, Schindler & Pianist before visiting the Aschwitz - Birkaneu camp is a great iniative to keep. 
So here's a big "Thank You" to Bing for going the extra mile in making our holiday a pleasurable one.
