| Day 1 | Singapore Q Shanghai (or Beijing or Shenzhen) Q Harbin (FLIGHT) |
| Assemble at the Changi International Airport for a luxurious flight to China followed by a domestic flight to Harbin. Upon arrival, lunch will be served before we embark on our visit in northeastern China. Stalin Park was built in 1953. Originally named the ‘Jiang Pan Park’, it stretches from the east to west with a length of 1750 metres. Flood Prevention Monument Tower, with its unique western retro touch, stood out among all statues in the city and became the true representation of the city’s pride. Central Street with its outstanding traditional western designs and rich culture is another place one must never miss in Haerbin. St.Sophia Orthodox Church is the biggest church in the area. It was built in March 1907 with an area of 721 square meters and as tall as 53.35 meters, based from the Latin cross. (Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 2 | Harbin – Jingpo Lake (COACH) |
| Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before a ride to Jingpo Lake. Jingpo Lake has its unique charisma that attracted swarms of visitors and people who studies science. Take a boat ride in the lake and enjoy the brilliant scenery and the biggest waterfall in the north area-Diao Shui Lou Waterfall. This waterfall is one of the most well-known waterfalls in China. In the day, clouds of mist shroud the waterfall, waves of the water splashing. This creates a grand sight that gives visitors no bind-ending imaginations of its beautiful legend. | Day 3 | Jingpo Lake – Mt. Changbai (COACH) |
| Today we will be heading to Changbai Mountain. Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano that has erupted thrice. These eruptions gave the mountain its special shape, making this natural scenery extremely charming. It stands in the north-east and is dubbed ‘Guan Dong First Mountain’. It is the Latitude tallest mountain in China and highest peak. It is also where the Mans ethnic came about and was known as the ‘Holy ground’ during the Qing dynasty. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 4 | Mt.Changbai – Dunhua (COACH) |
| After breakfast, proceed to Changbai Mountain to view the sceneries. Mt.Changbai Tianchi is situated at the mouth of the opening of the volcano and is formed after eons of accumulation of water. Mt.Changbai Tianchi is 2189.1metres from the ground. It is the country’s biggest lake at the volcano. Mt. Changbai has rich resources and is named ‘The Origin of Waters’. The widely known The Changbai Waterfall is located there too. The Underground Forest is situated along the white river, 5km from the Changbai Mountain. On and off weird bird calls will be heard. This sight is a perfect picture of a deep forest. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 5 | Dunhua – Jilin (COACH) |
| After breakfast, take coach ride to Jilin City. It was originally named ‘Jilin Wu La’(Man language). Upon arrival, proceed to North Mountain Park which is located at the heartland of Jilin and is filled with numerous artifacts. Many will be attracted here during ‘miao hui’ for the beautiful scenery. Century Square is a forest that covers an area of 228 and reflects the uniqueness of the city. Longtanshan Deer Plant is 9km away from the heartland. Around it there are mountains and water, forming a beautiful environment. It incorporates rearing of deer, tourism and trade. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 6 | Jilin – Changchun (COACH) |
| After breakfast, take coach ride to Changchun city. Upon arrival, proceed to The World’s Urban Sculpture Park Move Production, a blend of more than 100 countries top artists of outstanding works, is a world-class art park. Next, visit Changchun Eight Office Buildings of Manchukuo (Weiman Badabu) located in downtown Xinmin Street, Changchun. Built in 1936, the eight office buildings could be divided into eight ministry of the Manchukuo, namely the Ministry Of Public Security, Ministry Of Justice, Ministry Of Economy, Ministry Of Communications, Ministry Of Agriculture, Ministry Of Culture and Education, Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Ministry Of Health and the Ministry Of Comprehensive Justice. There eight buildings were built combining Chinese style and Western style into one entity. Surrounded by green trees, exotic moods filled the air. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 7 | Changchun – Shenyang (COACH) |
| In the morning, take coach to Shenyang city, the capital city of Liaoning province, also the largest city in Northeast China. Upon arrival, visit Shenyang Imperial Palace. It is founded in 1625; the 380-year-old Shenyang Imperial Palace is one of the few historic Chinese sites that epitomize an ethnic minority culture. And you will experience the historical atmosphere at Manqing Street in front of Imperial Palace, where also a whole road of the souvenir and handicrafts are sold. Continue the trip by visiting Former Residence of General Chang Hsueh-Liang, Chang Family Commander Mansion. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 8 | Shenyang – Shanghai (COACH) |
| After breakfast, make some shopping along the Middle Street, one of the main shopping areas in Shengyang. Today we will take domestic flight to Shanghai. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) | |
| Day 9 | Shanghai [full day visit The World EXPO Site] (COACH) |
| After breakfast, visit The World EXPO 2010 Shanghai China. On May 1, 2010, the 41st World Expo will be solemnly inaugurated in Shanghai. It will be the second global event that the Chinese people are welcoming in the new century. There will be an expected number of 200 participating countries and international organizations and 70 million visitors. We will visit EXPO Boulevard, China Pavilion and Singapore Pavilion. EXPO Boulevard is the largest stand-alone structure within the Expo Site. The Expo Boulevard will be the center of human traffic flow and sightseeing in the Expo Site during Expo Shanghai. After the Expo it will remain as a central sight of the city. The China Pavilion is designed to showcase an ‘Exploration of the Orient’. Taking an Eastern viewpoint and with its focus on exploration, the design will follow the traditional Chinese philosophy of ‘unification of man and heaven’ and pursue the ideal of ‘harmonious co-existence’. The Singapore Pavilion resembles a musical box and was inspired by the harmony of unique elements in Singapore; progress and sustainability, urbanization and greenery, tradition and modernity and a cosmopolitan mix of residents of different races living peacefully together.
